Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at shop@labomilano.com stating your intention to return the purchase within the 14-day period. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:
- in the same condition as when it was received;
- unused and undamaged;
- complete with all original tags and labels.
You must retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of approval via the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If more than 14 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you have not yet received the credit, please contact us at shop@labomilano.com.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at shop@labomilano.com so that we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code, all purchased products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from the date of delivery. If the product presents a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or, where this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Any lack of conformity must be reported within 2 months of its discovery.
