Welcome to LA-BÒ Milano! The LA-BÒ Milano online store is operated by Visualmade Srl (hereinafter "we" or "Visualmade"). The terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Visualmade Srl. Visualmade Srl operates this store and website, including its information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a suitable shopping experience (the "Services"). The website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms"), together with any notices contained therein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services.

SECTION 2 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are of legal age under Italian law (18 years old).
To use the Services, including purchasing products offered by us, you may need to provide certain information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not transfer, sell, assign or licence your account to any other person.
SECTION 3 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to accurately present our products in our online stores. However, the display of colours and appearance of products may vary depending on the device you use and its settings.
Product descriptions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit the quantities offered.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old. To make a purchase, select the products on the website, choose the delivery method and proceed to checkout. You may complete the purchase by registering an account or as a guest, by entering the required personal and payment details.
When you place an order, you are submitting a purchase offer. The sales contract between you and Visualmade Srl is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. Before accepting an order we must receive and process payment.
Visualmade Srl reserves the right not to accept an order if: the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, a pricing or product description error occurs on the website, or the ordered products are no longer available.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. If the reason is product unavailability or a pricing error, we will offer alternatives or process a full refund of any amounts already paid within 14 days.
If it is not possible to deliver the products within 30 days of the order date, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to cancel the order in whole or in part. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all amounts paid for undelivered products.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are taken into processing by contacting us at shop@labomilano.com. Once an order has been taken into processing, you may only exercise your right of withdrawal as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Your purchases are subject to return exclusively in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms reduces your mandatory statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applied will be the one in force at the time the order is submitted, as indicated in the confirmation email.
Accepted payment methods are: credit card, debit card, PayPal and any other methods indicated at checkout.
You confirm that the payment details you provide are truthful, accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times indicated are estimates and do not constitute an essential term. We are not liable for delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure events. In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery does not occur within this period, you have the right to set a reasonable additional deadline and, in the event of further non-performance, to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code.
SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason. The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and the return conditions are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
SECTION 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All products sold through the LA-BÒ Milano store are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The guarantee is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, or, where this is not possible or involves disproportionate cost, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Any lack of conformity must be reported within 2 months of its discovery. Defects appearing within one year of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trademarks, texts, images, graphics, videos and audio, are the property of Visualmade Srl, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit any material relating to the Services without our prior written consent.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The LA-BÒ Milano online store is operated through the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly with Visualmade Srl. By using the Services you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Visualmade Srl.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal data may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. By using the Services you confirm that you have read the above policies.

The Services may contain links to websites or tools provided or operated by third parties, which we do not verify or control. Access to such sites and tools is at your own risk. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of third parties before carrying out any transaction.

By submitting ideas, suggestions, feedback or reviews to us, you grant us a licence to use, reproduce and publish such content for any purpose connected with the Services. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights over such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain illegal, offensive or harmful material.
SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Visualmade Srl is liable to you for damages arising from breach of these Terms to the extent provided by Italian law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Visualmade Srl's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor your rights as a consumer under the Italian Consumer Code.
Visualmade Srl is not liable for damages arising from force majeure events, technical failures of the internet network or the website not attributable to Visualmade Srl, or from improper use of the Services by you.
SECTION 15 – FORCE MAJEURE
Visualmade Srl shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delays or failures are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, floods, epidemics, war or civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, telecommunications network failures or defaults by third-party suppliers.
In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you as soon as possible and will fulfil our obligations as quickly as possible. Should the impediment persist for more than 2 weeks, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.
