Delivery Areas
We ship to Italy and to all European Union countries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs €5.00 for orders under €100. Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.
For European customers (excluding Italy), shipping is currently free on all orders as a promotional offer.
The shipping cost is clearly shown on the order summary page before purchase is confirmed.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched with BRT (Bartolini) courier. Estimated delivery times are 2–6 business days from order confirmation.
The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery area and any external factors beyond Visualmade Srl's control (public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays). In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed, pursuant to Art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking code to follow the status of your delivery.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Other methods that may be available at checkout
All payments are processed securely through the Shopify Payments platform. Visualmade Srl does not store your credit or debit card details.
